Types of Coatings - General

There are literally hundreds of coating materials that we can apply by thermal spraying. These materials provide an array of properties like wear and corrosion resistance, gripping surfaces, electrical properties and thermal barriers. All of our thermal sprayed coatings an be used "as sprayed" or can be machined or finished.

In many cases, these coatings can be used as an alternative to plating or anodizing. They can also be applied to several base materials including metals, plastics, and ceramics. The following is merely a condensed list of the materials we can apply. It is best to contact us with your specific coating need.
