Drive Roller with Traction & Release Properties for Specialty Printing Device

Problem:

The existing drive roller did not provide enough traction or service life on specialty printing device. Traditional knurling did not solve the problem and allowed build up of printing ink and fibers causing even more slippage in media.

Solution:

Apply a Stainless Steel or Carbide textured coating on main diameter of drive roller PLUS special release coating integrated with the traction coating for optimum traction, long life, and release properties for easy cleanup.
